I used a Standard Bank ATM because I bank with them.
They machine took my card and I was told its a technical error and I will have to get a new card.
Now that I have the new card I was told I will have to wait 17 working days to get my money refunded to me. How on earth does that make sense?

When they service their machines is none of my business and should not be inconveniencing me and my transactions at all. I should be able to get my money refunded same day.

I am not impressed at all!

If I don't get my money back I will be moving to another bank and taking all my friends, family members and extended family members with me. Banking shouldn't be this much of an inconvenience.
