Bad Standards By Standard Bank

I don't have words to explain how disgusted and frustrated I am with Standard Bank after they my money they were quick to phone me and admit that they erred in taking a R76, 00 card replacement fee and that they will credit the money to my account (Standard Bank Reference 33236636), now 4 days later the R76, 00 that was supposed to have been refunded still does not show in my account. Standard Bank should have communicated in their sms' that they will be a R76, 00 card replacement fee from the 400 000 00 customers whose accounts they will be moving over to the new access accounts. I demand that Standard Bank refund myself and the other 399 999 00 other customers from who they will be demanding a R76, 00 card replacement fee as the problem is not ours that you want to make sudden changes and then we have to pay up. Standard Bank as a banking institution make enough daily in transaction fees.

The sad and frustrating part is that I've been sending Standard Bank countless emails since Tuesday and they simply just ignore me and does not respond.
