Hi
I've been calling your call centre in order for me to get my policy document for the past two weeks. At first I was promised that it would be sent within 4 hours via email and that was two weeks ago. I have spoken to 3 agents already and I still haven't got any help. I am in the midst of reviewing all my policies and its crucial that I have those documents in order to plan ahead.
