Clientele Life
Haven't recicve copy of contracts

I've been with clientele life from last year October but till now I haven't receive any of my documents, I have life cover, medical casj back plan and a funeral policy but I don't have any of the contracts, I don't even know what needs to be done if ever something happens, when I try to call them but u forever hold for responds, clientele life is just a buisness making company buy not caring for the world, its just rubbish, now I change my banking details I don't even know what must I do or who should I call because I don't have any contracts, I tried to send an sms but instead I receive a call for an agent who was selling another insurance, but care less about my concern, meaning that even if I want to put a claim I can't reach them. I'm so frastrated with no assistant I guess
