I called to changed my policy direct debit date and when asked if all my details are still the same I said nothing had changed. With such professionalism and courtesy, Stuart got me to confirm the details and I realised that in fact some details had changed that I had forgotten about and he updated them accordingly. In between this he cracked a joke here and there and by the time we were finished the call, I felt good and had a smile to start my day off with. Thanks.
