My mother-in-law's policy matured last year. She contacted Clientele to claim. She was told to fax the documents, and she did. She waited for a long time without any response. She followed up and my husband followed up and spoke to a lady called Millicent Kentshani on the 25th of January, who promised that she would receive a phone call from Clientele within 24 hours. No call was received. Another family member independently did a follow up, she was told to the same thing.
To this day Clientele has not fulfilled any of their promises. Instead they deducted the premiums in December/January, which she had to reverse.
