I contacted Clientele life for a policy I took out with them over a year ago just for random checks if all was in order only to find out that the policy waiting period is 3 years when I was advised it is a 6 months waiting period. I requested that the consultant lets me listen to the conversation between myself and the person that sold me the policy but Tshepo said he can't but will rather get someone from the complaints department to call. Indeed I received the call and the gentleman confirmed that the 3 years writing period was not disclosed and therefore all my premiums will be refunded back into my account within 10 working days. It has now been over 3 weeks and no refund has been made in my account. When I contact clientele all the consultant I speak to tell me Leornard is the one who will be able to assist me but for the past 3 weeks since i spoke to the gentleman that returned my call I have had no feedback. I really find this appalling and Clientele does not seem to care giving clients the service they claim to be giving I would never refer anyone to Clientele after the experience I have had I have lost all the respect I used to have with the company.
