FNB Ballito, Bad for business banking

I was attracted to FNB by all its great products, so I opened a Business account and a Personal account at the Ballito Branch. Less than 2 months later I have closed my FNB account and will be remaining with my current bank.
The Branch has one business banker to service all the business owners in Ballito and a business banking manager who is only there 2 days a week as he is shared with another branch. It is not uncommon to wait long periods of time for service. But this is not my main reason for closing my accounts.
After month one I was charged a monthly service fee for my Business account which I was told was going to be free for the first 3 months. It has been weeks since I complained about this and I am still waiting for my refund. I cant blame the service of the staff at the ballito branch as they have been friendly and helpful. What makes me angry is that the Bank managers at FNB have no authority to reverse a simple service fee that was agreed by FNB staff to be their fault. The refund has to be approved by some faceless person in JHB somewhere.
FNB would do well to realise that any amount of fancy products and online gizmos cant replace good old fashioned personal service
