Disappointing Service

I am deeply disappointed at the level of service received from your Ballito branch. I requested for my Business Account to be transferred from your Portshepstone Branch to Ballito over two weeks ago. My assistant called in at your branch today and was very casually informed that this had in fact not yet been done. No apology, no explanation on when this is expected to be done. Only that the request is not sent directly to the branch and that the Portshepstone Branch had in fact never received the requests.
I have yet to receive feedback from the branch as the account holder and indeed should be as a courtesy receive an update on my query, an apology, an explanation on the failure of the transfer as well as when I can expect query resolution.

My second disappointment, is the fact that we have requested for your Insurance broker to urgently make contact with me as I require assistance on your Insurance packages. I can request assistance elsewhere but because all my accounts are with FNB, I thought I would afford you the first opportunity to give me a quote.

All I ask is for someone competent who understands the seriousness of running a business to contact me.
