Card fees charged after account has been closed

We closed our business account because of ridiculously high fees last year. The last statement I received was for October 2013. On the 1st of February Nedbank charged me four service fees for the cards on the business account. This was deducted from my PERSONAL account with Nedbank!
When I phoned the call centre I was told I need to go into a branch for them to cancel the cards and reverse the fees. This is unacceptable. I work during banking hours and cannot afford to close my business to stand in a queue to fix a mistake made by the bank. I personally went into the branch to close the business account and the person who served me cut up all the business cards in front of me.
Please reverse the charges immediately.
