"How can we ripp you off should be their slogan"

I have a personal cheque account with FNB and when i opened my business - i made the terrible mistake of opening my business account with them - i am charged riduculous fees for my account being overdrawn - and when i applied for an overdraft - FNB Carlswald didnt even assist saying it was not old enough even though i have banking with them for 8 months - i pay a monthly account fee which is more than my cheque account fee and supposedly should have the same benefits as a personal cheque account - which is certainly not the case as i found out when been charged additional value added fees on my account - the services at the branch is appalling and no assistance is offered by the business account manager - i will not recommend banking with FNB to anyone - i just want all the ridulous fees reversed in the hope than FNB stops ripping their clients off!!!
