A total waste of ones time highly annoyed

I applied for alone and was approved however the only thing that need to be confirmed was thecompany confirmation that I was a full time employee, I was told by sindi to call back the next day which I did when I called she told me they still didn't call the company I work for to confirm. Firstly it shouldn't be my responsibility to call u guys back as I am a client, anyway I called back the next day and there was no answer its been a week and still nobody has bothered to call me!! As a client u sit and sign all these documents and answer all these questions and still one recieves poor service this is unacceptable. Firstly don't waste my time and get my hopes up and than mess me around either your tranning skill on customer services are lacking or the wrong staff is employed
