I applied for a loan at African Bank, the consultant at the branch informed me that i'll receive the funds the following day after employment is confirmed, employment was eventually confirmed Tuesday morning round about 9:30am.

i called client services to find out the status of my loan, non of the incompetent staff could actually tell me what's happeneing, first they tell me my application is at the assessment dept they need to confirm employment, then its at the dept, then they tell me that the branch has not sent them all my documents. its so frustrating, i'm asking a very simple question, so i expect a very simple answer. How irritating it is to call them hold on for about 6-7 mins only to hear differnt.
