Pathetic Service at Absa Student Bureau

I am applying for a student loan at the Absa Student Bureau. My sponsor and i went there last week thursday to apply for the loan, they first declined the loan even though my sponsor can afford it. They then sent an sms on friday morning to my sponsor that the loan has been approved. We called the braamfontein branch again and said we recieved an sms, the receptionist said we have to come in and come and sign the documents. We went on friday and was told that our consultant known as "Dumile" was busy with a client. We waited for 40 minutes until the receptionist called Dumile and said we are still waiting. My sponsor and I were the only people in the branch! And Dumile was with no other client in her office! So why did we have to wait for so long? Finally Dumile came and called us to her office and after her typing a whole lot of things into her computer she says there is something wrong with the server so she cannot print the documents for us to sign!
What a waste of time?!?! She said once the server is up and running she will call me so we can come back and sign. I have received no call from her and i had to call her this Monday morning only for her to say she will call me back
