Hi
My name is Phillistus a new customer at Mtn. I did apply for contract phone three weeks back but they never called me an update me about the status of my contract, instead I'm the one who always call them an ask, but they dont give me a valid answer. Firstly they said to me the system says is still processing an they will call me the same day but they didn't, secondly they said to me they forgot to tell me that I they want my work telephone number and today I just call them and they told me is being terminated and I have to come and re-apply. I told the guy that just cancel it I will go to another shop because I was angry about their service, but he never even bothered of calling me back.
