Money deductud without my consent

Absa insurance deducted almost R700 without my knowlidge and consent. When I contacted them they advised I must sent them a copy of my current vehicle insurance and that my money will be refunded within 3 days. I did what they told me to do and that was 5 days ago. I wrote numerous follow up mails with no response!!

Mow my question is are they now just going to the r700???
