Loan Approved then the problems start!

I applied for a loan and was told that it was approved subject to my bank statements, payslip and proof of residense was taken to a branch! I was then called to find out when i could do this, i done it the same day and was put through the same barrage of questions that i had to answer on the phone! then i was told all the paper work was good and it was officially approved, they would call to confirm employment and they funds would reflect within 48 hours! i was then called after the 3rd day to tell me it was delayed cause of my bank statements, i then left it and called the branch a couple hours later, where i was told i would recieve a call within 30min, 3 hours later and no return call i called again (4pm) to be told that the lady i was dealing with was on lunch! i then called customer care, and was promised a call first thing the next morning and again NO CALL! i then called and was told the branch had to send my paperwork through again! i went to the branch and they told me that they called my company and could not confirm employment which was a lie, cause when i called the customer care department they tell me they are still awaiting docs! 120hrs later and still no loan!!!
