African Bank
3 days to process application!!

I applied for a loan with African Bank on Tuesday around 9AM. All documents were submitted at the branch and we signed the contract. Yesterday they called my place of employment to confirm employment to confirm details although my HR didn't have all the info at hand, they did not call back later to confirm but instead referred the application back to branch. Went back to the branch, and did the fingerprint thing again and was told they will call anytime yesterday. That did not happen. Called thrice today, first was told I have to submit bank details confirmation from the bank, did that. Called again the application is with assessments (it was there Tuesday and yesterday). Called again later was told it's still with assessments and it cannot be escalated before 48 hours. What happened to credit in seconds?
