I called Clientel and spoke to Lebo to canel my IFA business contract and saver and protector plan on the12.07.2013. She se nd me Ecashment Request Form and request me to send my Id copy and fill in the forms. i did fill in the forms amd send relevant documents that they needed., so that they can pay my money back. I received e-mail advising me that thanks for sending them my requst. They was no money that was paid into my accound i then called then on19.08.2013 to enquire of what happned i spoke to Khosi. she confirmed that they received my e-mail but with no documents attached, i told her of what i did then she put me on hold for /- 10mins. Then dropped the line, am really not happy and i want my policy to be called, i dont want any debit order and i want my money back. i never received a bad service especially from a big compan like clientel.
