I am very disappointed by Clientel as i believed in them but it seems like i'm losing my intrest. I joined Clientel legal more than 7 months ago they promised to send the documentation showing that i'm a member of Clientel legal but they were not delivered to me as promised. I phoned them several times regarding my documents & they sent them but i realised that there's no member ship card enclosed.

In September 2013 i phoned Clientel to find out about the processes for buying a house & i spoke to 1 of the lawyers & after our conversation i requested him to put me through the client service & he did that. I spoke to 1 of the consultant & explained to her that i haven't received my memeber ship card & requested them to send me one and she said she will log a call for me & i will probabbly receive it within 2 to 3 weeks of which this period passed & didn't get it. Yesterday i spoke to a guy by the name of Saxon regarding this matter & request them to send it via courier as i cannot wait another 2-3 weeks for my membership card. I wanted to talk to his supervisor & he told me that his supervisor will call me but no one phoned me to follow up on this matter & i'm very disappointed.
