My husband passed on in March 2012 and was working for SPG at the time as a security officer. I have completed and submitted all the documents requested for the provident fund claim over a year ago. I have been trying invein to get response/feedback from ABSA. When I call this number 0861 177 775, its the either I hold for hours and no one answers, or if someone answers they tell me the system is not working and they always take my number and promise to call back which they never did. This has been the same thing everytime I call ABSA. I urgently need feedback on this.
