Wrong debit order date

I took out a loan 26 July and promised to repay on the 25th of July. Come the 25th Wonga does't deduct their money, for that whole week nothing. Come friday some lady calls me threatening me and stuff i ended up dropping the phone. Whose fault is it that you didn't take your money when you were supposed to? Come the 2nd i am getting emails reminding me about my loan. Exactly how do you people work? As much as i took out the loan am i also supposed to run after you and remind you to debit your money? This is really unprofessional and costly on my side. Like really you just pick and choose on which day you are going to debit people's accounts?
