I phoned into the call centre on the 5th Dec, and spoke to Nomakhosi Tshabalala, i told her that i wanted to change from a foundation to Progresive plus medical plan, to please send me the forms, as i could not find them on the website, and also wanted to take my husband off the plan, what documentation did i need for that. she said only to fill in the one form. I did as instructed and stipulated on the one form to please make sure my husband is off the plan by the 1st of Jan, and sent it to the relevant department. I only recieved a form on the 18th to my work email add, now saying i needed to fill in a de-regestration document before they would take my husband off the plan. which i only got when i got back to work on the 7th. the debit order came off as the new plan, but my husband was not taken off. In the mean time i phoned in on the 3rd of Jan and spoke to Lindiwe and she will look up what is wrong and get back to me that day. Ref 400133, no call, next day called again spoke to Ngoba, he also promised that he would find the documents and get back to me regarding feedback, and nothing. terrible service, you take the money every month, yet no service on feedback...
