Handing Over/Credit record/Black Listing

I am a former employee who resigned in in 2012 and completed all relevant resignation documents and left forwarding contact details. On Friday my mother received an SMS "MRS Mbalati pls call urgently 0878250400 ref EJQG12.." Only to learn that Nedbank are in the process of listing me. When I contacted them they informed me they had sent letters of demand to my workstation at Nedbank and I queried this... who sends letters of demand to a former employee at the former employers work station??? Then hand you over for black listing? Pathetic, internal process pathetic, I need a written apology REF 020913Q8BNL2 . I FEEL SORRY FOR CLIENTS WHO USE THIS BANK NO WONDER THEY ARE 4TH AND GOING DOWN.
