A USELESS BANK

Nedbank has sent me a letter of demand on my account, when I have cancelled my account with Nedbank and very unproffecional of them as they have my cell number to sms that a letter has been sent but they don't have the time to contact their cleints who in fact pays their salary. I will make sure I let all my family members and freinds how perthetic bank nedbank is. I am going to take this futher becase of the way nedbank is sent me threating letters regarding my my financees and they are going to put me on the credit beaue. They also wasted my time as I had to take off work to go to the post office to pick up a letter from them. I will be waiting for the apoplogy letter from them. I called the call center today but are giving me regarding letter can someone please contact me.
