Unfair Default listing on credit card

I have raised a complaint with Nedbank on 10/04/2013 regarding a default listing that reflects on the credit bureau. Apparently they did send me a letter regarding this to my work address but I never received this this letter stating that I would be listed if I didn't pay R180 by that specific day. If I knew I wouldve made an effort to contact and pay them. I've explained to them that I didn't receive any means of communicating regarding this and feel that the default on my credit card was raised against my name on the credit bureau it was unreasonable. I've asked for it to be lifted but no feedback was given until now. I need this default to be removed as it was unfairly listed.
