Bad Staff Attitude, Listed on ITC For NOTHING!!!

Good Day Nedbank,
I have just received my credit report and see that Nedbank Personal Loans has listed me for 'False Employer Details'.
I would like to dispute this as I have NEVER submitted any false employer details with Nedbank.

A lady who works at Nedbank handling my loan application done 6 August 2013 called me and shouted at me that I am doing as I I am an employee with PCG Telecoms and that I work for the Department of Health, I could not hear some of her questions properly as I was on the road but could hear some of her shouting that I am doing and lieing about being an employee with PCG Telecoms. I would like to state that, I am an employee with the Department of Health and I also earn a salary as an Operations Manager with PCG Telecoms, now there is no law in South Africa that states one can not have more than one streams of income. This foolish WOMAN now goes and has listed me for USING 'False Employer Details' when she ONLY called the one employer and DID NOT call the employer i actually submitted Pay Slips from, the employer says they were NOT CALLED!! Can Someone from Nedbank Contact Me Urgently!!!
