Trying to get ITC listing removed for settled home

I am now tired of being sent from pillar to post trying to get an ITC listing removed from my credit profile. Firstly I cant get a settlement letter out of you to do anything about my listing. You people are quick to list but never bother about the clients interest again once you have your money.
