Unfair default listing on credit bureau

On 29/07/13 I listed a complaint via regarding the unfair listing on the credit bureau. I received a automated response that the complaint would be forwarded to the relevant department to be sorted and its now almost 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for them to respond to my complaint. This is pathetic and I need an explaination as why I was never notified of listing. They need 2 get back 2 me ASAP!
