Incorrect ITC record

I received a full credit report for ITC and to my shock and horror i discover that i am an impaired record listed by BMW. it states my debt is under restructure. this cannot be true as i have never missed a payment since the loan inception.

I have contacted customer service that informed me that my record is up to date and that they have never sent an instruction to ITC for this listing. i was then advised to contact ITc for further assistance. i called them and have been told it is BMW that requested for this listing.

Please fix this at once as i cannot afford to have such a listing against my name.
