Been declined credit because of paid up default

I was just denied credit because of a ITC listing that was wrongfully placed on my credit profile after I have paid up the account in October last year. I have phoned and requested 3 weeks ago that the listing be removed, but it was never done!

I demand that Nedbank no lend me money because I have been declined at another place because of their negligence!

PLEASE DON'T EVEN THINK OF PHONING ME WITH SOME LAME EXCUSE! I AM NOT IN THE MOOD FOR THAT!
