Missing Credit Card

I get three smses (from 10 Jan) telling me to collect my credit card from the branch - I go to collect (with my ID) to sit waiting for Patricia to bring me my card. After 40 mins still no card. She's on the phone trying to trace it through card division apparently. When I say is my card here or not because I can't sit waiting around all day she tells me she's not going to sift through 200 cards to find mine. I am FURIOUS
