Waiting for a credit card for more than a month

Hi applied for a credit card on the 26 Feb 2013 . It was declined and the girl (noxy) called the itc and they said to her all is well she can continue with the credit card application. She told me she is going to have to motivate my account to get the credit card and I said its fine let me know. She called me on the 16 march at 13:30 and she said the credit card is approved and I'm going to get an sms to collect the card but the problem is its more than a week ago and in still waiting on this credit card. All I want is tell me rather we not gonna give you the credit card than letting me wait and waste my time. This is really ridiculous. I seriously don't think it takes this long. I moved from Nedbank to standard because the rates are better but never have I ever had problems like this. So please find out for me if I'm getting the card if not its also fine. I don't also blame the girl who did the credit card application for this, I think its the admin or the credit card division.
