Incompetent Nedbank Personal Loans Collections Dep

I have just received an sms from Nedbank Personal Loans reminding me of my promise that they will deduct double the instalments that is normally due everymonth. I never made any promise to anyone. On the 18th of Jan, I received a call from Rochelle, asking for the overdue Dec payment. I e-mailed her a proof of payment made on the 4th of January. She later confirmed the payment.
So where is this PROMISE coming from now and why would I pay double when my account is not overdue.
Very tired of this bank's incompetent and arrogant people...
