Bad Service with Credit Card

Before Xmas I received an SMS to say I had to collect my credit card from my branch. I asked for the Card to be sent to a branch closer to me, which it duly was. However when I went to collect it just before New Year I had to wait over an hour as they couldn't find it. It had been tossed on a pile somewhere at the back of the branch unopened. Subsequently last week I received another SMS to say I had to collect my card from my branch again. When I phoned I was told that no there was no card there for me, the SMS was just to clarify I had actually received the card!!! Doesn't make sense. This morning I have received another SMS saying I must collect my card from my branch. ABSA, your service is shocking, your staff don't know what they are doing. I will definitely be closing my accounts with you as your costs are too high as well.
