Standard Bank
Two Months no answer!!!

I moved my insurance from Verseker to Standard Bank and when I did that I told the salesperson I moved cause verserker took a long time to gave me an answer and when they did they declined my claim. Almost two months ago my Audi where scrapped in Bloemfontein and every time I phone the call centre all they tell me is that they are busy with the claim NOTHING ELSE!!! I know they want to listen at the tape when I told the salesperson about Verseker BUT must it take 2 MONTHS??? All they can tell me is they decline or aprove so I know what to do!!!
