I have been retrenched for 4 months and put a claim through for my insurance, 2 months ago i was told it will be resolved by the 16 May. Its 3 months now and still no response. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I have never had good service with standard bank. Slow on the service but quick on the sale to take your money.
