I have an existing claim with Standard Bank Insurance. My Claim number is: 13/080798 for storm damage.

I think the service from Standard Bank has been absolutely appalling! This claim has been open since November and we are still waiting for an answer. It is East London's rainy season and we have a hole in our roof due to storms. The result is that the damage is getting more and more extensive the longer we wait for an answer from Standard Bank. I have tried countless times to phone the call centre which is absolutely useless as one can NEVER get through... VERY frustrating for a customer!!! If your call volume is too high MAKE A PLAN!

I have written a complaint on HELLOPETER and the response was that Standard Bank would get back to me which they haven't.

This is simply unacceptable. If I do not get an answer by the end of this week I will take this matter higher and will pull my business from the bank.
