We have submitted a claim with Standard Bank Insurance on 21 January 2013 with consultant Samantha Ramisur. She advised us that our claim might be rejected but she will forward it to her supervisors and contact us within 2 working days to tell us the outcome of claim. If there should be a payout it will be within 7 working days. As to date and time we have never had a call from her and all the calling and followup came from our side. She is not answering our messages or emails - blatantly ignoring them. All we want to know is yes or no and if rejected why? We have cancelled our insurance with Standard Bank and moved to a more reputable and helpful insurance company and will make sure all knows how incompetent Standard Insurance and especially Samantha is.
