STORM DAMAGE TO HOUSE

Called on Monday, 21 January 2013 and spoke to Roslyn at the call centre to report storm damage to our house, she advised me that a contractor will set up an appointment with us same day and if not we must call back so another contractor can be appointed. To date the contractor has phoned us but DID NOT set up appointment. Because of this I have phone Standard Bank Home Insurance call centre again today, Wednesday, 23 January 2013 to have another contractor appointed as I was advised to do. Spoke to a Cherel this morning and she advised me that the contractor DID call us, yes he did but he DID NOT set up an appointment!!! She was rude, short tempered and in a sarcastic voice advised me another contractor can be appointed but we will definitely go into the BACK of his calling list!!! Our money is good enough to take every month but for the first time we try to claim this is our experience. BAD STANDARD BANK BAD!!!
