It's been almost a year since I've last received a statement. I've updated my postal address. Been trying to contact the office but have had to hold the line for ever and then my call is dropped without even being answered by an agent. Not just once, but 3 or 4 times in a row! WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? This is not the first time I've had bad customer service.

I also tried to access my account/statement online but every time I try I get the following message: We are currently refining our IT Systems, for further assistance please call us on (021) 763-3232

All I want is my latest statement! And a response from the call center!
