Still no contractor site to repair ceiling

On 28 July our one geyser burst. As this was a Sunday we had to call a plumber who charged extra fees due to the weekend situation. We reported the claim to Absa Ins. (claim no 2423053) and advised them that we had to call our plumber. We were sent a claim form, which was duly completed and returned. We only received a portion of our expenses back in payment. My GRIPE is that to date we have not had a contractor on site to replace the damaged ceiling and light. Almost 1 month after the initial incident. Silanga Management Services were appointed to do the repair. They made an appointment with me but did not arrive on said day. I advised Gracious. Silanga made a 2nd appointment and again did not arrive. I told Gracious that I do not want them on site as they are unreliable. She advised me that she has appointed another contractor. Still no one has called me. I again had to advise Gracious. You have to pay insurance upfront but low and behold when you claim, you simply do not get the service you would expect.
