I phoned Outsurance regarding a swimming pool claim, the claim was logged on 12 November 2013. The appointed assessor came to my house on 18 November to take photos and assess the situation. On 20 November an appointed swimming pool contractor phoned me to make an appointment to give me a quote to repair my swimming pool. The appointment was made for 21 November, the contractor said he would phone me when he was in the area, he never phoned. The next morning I phoned the pool company and asked what happened and they said no one was home? That same day (Friday 22 November) they said the contractor would inspect the pool and no one arrived or phoned? On 27 November I phoned Outsurance to find out what was going on and why no one was giving me feedback regarding my claim - they apologised and said the pool contractor would phone to setup another appointment. Today, 02/12/13, I phoned Outsurance once AGAIN to follow up on my claim and each time I asked for Remi (advisor) - he was busy and never returned my calls. My claim was logged a month ago and nothing has been done... this is unacceptable.
