I've submitted a claim on the 28 November 2013 regarding hail. An assessor came to my house the 2nd December 2013 and it was assessed. The contractor submitted the quote to standard bank. It has been pouring in due to my roof being broken and the damage is getting more. I honestly dont know what to do with Standard bank because it feels as if they dont keep their customers interests at heart and that annoys the out of me!
After calling your call centre 4 times, agents keeps on telling me that the claim is being approved like as if they read that from a book. Ever since we had to call standard bank and they cant even keep their customer informed.
I've not heard from the contractor or standard bank but we pay for this service. I also work in the service industry and your service has been pathetic, poor and disgusting if I had to describe it. I would like to be paid out in CASH from standard bank seeing that we don't want to deal with standard bank our your appointed contactors. My house is insured but I don't have the assurance that my insurance company will pay out if needed because they JUST DONT CARE.
If I would never had to deal with standard bank it would be too soon!
