CONTRADICTING INFORMATION AND NO REFUND FOR CLAIM

I had hail damage with the storm that hit the West Rand on the 28th of November. On the 29th of November 2013 I called the call centre and spoke to Felicity, who said because of the high volumes of claims and callers, Std bank is issuing an immediate approval of R5000.00, but I have to find my own contractor because of the high volume of claims they are receiving. I must pay the contractor and email the invoice and proof of payment to the SIL email addressTHIS CALL SHOULD BE RECORDED. I found my own contractor and he came out to the house immediately and replaced some of the rooftiles so that we at least could keep the rain out to prevent further damage. Two hours after my call, I received a text message that a certain contractor has been assigned to my claim. I could not get through to call centre so I continued with the original contractor (as I was told to find one myself) as he already did some work and I paid him a deposit of 50%. I emailed the invoices but no one got back to me. I spoke to another call centre agent on the 5th of December (Thuli?) and he promised he would sort this out and get back to me the same day. I have not heard back from STD bank despite calls & emails
