TERRIBLE SERVICE and unauthorized billing amounts

I have called into FNB loans on numerous occasions to request a reduced instalment on a loan payment due to being unemployed for a period of 3 months and not being in a position to continue with the full amounts. On all these occasions I have been advised that this is NOT POSSIBLE and that I will be debited for the full amounts. In addition to this, upon trying to workout affordable amounts on the arrears I have been debited not only the full instalment but also an arrears amount simply because there were funds in my account!
If my position was such that I had to make arrangements with FNB loans, I would certainly have to with all my creditors. I have already opened an account with another bank as my last resort.
