Nedbank
This has got to be the worst bank!!!

So i had a mzansi account that i was using as a student and had been using for the past 4 years. it has recently been blocking due to the fact that i was now employed and my deductions were above my limit. i had to open a new bank account and thats what iv bn tryin to do but im failing, from last week it was either my proof od adress was wrng or the proof of adress is now fine but needs to be veried. I submitted this proof on saturday the 27th at west street and they faxed it to the relevant department but to my suprise, my proof has not been verified and is still pending! i need my account for my funds and for personal things as im unable to access it cz its reached its 3rd block! im stranded with no money and really just feel let down by a bank i trusted!! after this, i really am changed to much better banks thank you!
