The service I received from the FNB loans division was utterly disgusting and very disappointing. I took out a loan with FNB in 2010 which I was under the impression it had been settled. Last year in Jan I noticed amounts going out of my account, and i went to enquire at a branch near me, and they told me they did not know what was going on. However the amounts stopped, and i assumed they fixed it.

However this year, I started to notice larger amounts going off, and it raised alarm. I then went to the bank again, and they told me I had a loan which was outstanding. When I asked them why I wasnt informed of this so that I could have made proper arrangement with them, they couldn't answer me properly. they just told me they have the right to deduct however much they wished from account, and they can just do it randomly as well.

This month they deducted an amount that really left me in a bad position. Just wish they could have told me about this sooner so that I could have made proper arrangements. I feel like they left it just to gain interest on it. I'm really disappointed at the way they run their business- very disappointed.
