Unauthorised Debits

On the 21St Jan 2013 FNB debited an amount of R1500 and odd on my account for their personal loan after numerous attemps to make an arrangement with them which they have refused since 2011. I cannot afford to pay them the full instalment and now that this amount has been taken away I dont even have funds to come to work. I have been inconvinience by FNB I know for a fact that they cannot refuse an arrangement whatever the amount as I am making means to pay but now Ive had agents from th call centre not taking my arrangement to pay R500 and worst of all they do not update their system. I spoke to Ben in December who told me that he cannot accept a payment of R500 why? I have not been given sufficient reasons Ive provided FNB with a list of expenses and income which clearly shows that I am in no position to afford my debts. all my accounts are in arrears and my employer fails to understand this reasoning. I need help to get a portion of this amount back in order for me to survive.
