Last month I signed up for the 10gig data package at R199 per month. This in itself was a nightmare! This morning I received sms updates that Telkom Mobile had debited two amounts off my account, R800 and R231.10. I called 081183 to find out about these amounts. The call centre checked my account and could not tell me why these amounts were debited off my account, they had NO IDEA! The amounts debited off my account did not reflect anywhere in the statement. I have since called my bank and asked them to reverse these amounts. Can someone please tell me why these amounts were debited from my account? I also want someone to contact me to provide assurance that this won't happen again!
